APPOINTMENTS TO A DISASTER RELIEF COMMITTEE
UNDER THE ONTARIO DISASTER RELIEF ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
The Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing has declared Ramara Township a disaster area for the purposes of the Ontario Disaster Relief Assistance Program (ODRAP)
Up to $18 million in disaster assistance will be provided to a number of municipalities affected by the historic spring flooding that devastated many communities in the Province. There are restrictions on what items qualify for funding assistance. Seasonal dwellings do not qualify as well as several other items.

The Township of Ramara invites written applications from citizens who wish to have their names considered for appointment to the Disaster Relief Committee. This is an opportunity for you to participate in vital community service within your Township.
